Mike is on the front line working with new and existing dealers and customers. With almost 20 years in sales he has a passion for working with customers on finding the correct product that fits their lifestyle. “It’s like a puzzle! You never know which piece fits with each person until you ask the questions and listen to their needs.” When Mike isn’t working you can typically find him spending time with his wife and daughters, on the ice trying to catch some fish, swinging golf clubs on the course, or flying airplanes.

Partner / CEO
Tim has many years of entrepreneurial business experience. His passion for developing businesses and growth keeps DL Trailers moving forward. Open water, or on the ice, you can find Tim fishing all year long with his wife, Lynn. As a pilot, Tim enjoys flying as well as golfing, reading, yard work and home projects. Tim’s values come from his faith in God. These values play out in the high quality outdoor products DL Trailers provides and a company that people can trust and rely on.
Lynn Hilde
Partner / Office Manager
Lynn has been instrumental in all the details that keep a business running for the last four decades right by Tim’s side. You want to talk about the oil that keeps the machine running… that’s Lynn! She is responsible for all the daily office tasks with paperwork, personnel, communication, etc. and typically has a very full plate. Lynn also has a passion for fishing. It doesn’t matter if it’s one hundred degrees or negative twenty she wants to get tight lines on the water! If she isn’t fishing or working she’s typically in her garden, on a long walk, or golfing with the ladies. If you walk into DL Trailers and see Lynn up front be sure to say hi. She is always smiling and a joy!
Jason Holstad
General Manager – Detroit Lakes
When I am not managing and selling trailers at DL Trailers, you can find me at home doing yard work, tending to the flowers, working on landscaping projects. I enjoy spending time relaxing on the pontoon, regardless if it is with Sara and I or if we have a pontoon full of family. When not doing that, you can find me on my bike, or out on the golf course, or at the grill cooking. When the snow starts flying, you can still find me on my bike, however the tires get a little bigger is all. I love spending time riding around on my fatbike in the snow or out on the frozen lake. I love to hang out in the skid house even if we are not catching anything.
Patrick Natoli
Sales Representative – Rochester
Patrick is a seasoned leader in customer service and management. Serving the southeast Minnesota and tri-state area, Patrick brings dedicated passion to building and developing the Rochester location. His family includes his wife, Traci and five daughters. When away from the dealership, you can find Patrick golfing in the summer traveling or doing outdoor projects.
Greg Reich
Yard Operations and Sales – Rochester
Greg and his wife, Pam, have two beautiful children, two grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren! Greg is a 45 year veteran of the truck and trailer industry. When he is not maintaining the DL Trailer inventory or the property, he enjoys home life. Grilling and smoking meats, as well as other outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, riding horses and camping.
